A deep-penetrating enamel dry that quickly and thoroughly dries enamel and leaves nails incredibly shiny, moisturized and protected with a water-resistant barrier! You'll feel and see Dry & Shine in action. There's a cool sensation as solvents are released from the enamel, leaving a dull coating that may be gently buffed with a soft tissue to a super-shiney and super-protected surface.
Directions: 1. Shake. 2. Let top coat dry for 60 seconds. 3. Apply thin coat of Dry & Shine to nail and cuticle. 4. When surface turns dull, gently buff with soft tissue to shine.
