colored, permed, straightened or chemically damaged hair.
Directions: Shampoo.
Thoroughly saturate towel-dried hair with PENETRAITT, combing through
and making sure ends are completely covered. DO NOT COVER WITH PLASTIC
BAG. Place Client under warm dryer for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse
thoroughly. NOTE: While under dryer, PENETRAITT will form hard,
protective surface on hair.
