Directions: The Swedish Clover Fot Fil can be used on dry skin, but for best results, Soften feet first by soaking feet in a warm foot bath. Rub feet with the coarse side (raised bumps on handle) to remove hard calluses. Next, rub entire foot with smoother side (ribbed side) to slough off dead skin and smooth rough spots. Finally, rub feet with raised bumps to help stimulate circulation to the sole of the foot. Wash Fot Fil with soap and water.
