Shipping Policy:
- All Orders are shipped in 3-5 Business days after confirmation of order.
- We Ship Monday - Friday. No Shipment is processed after 1:00 pm Friday.

- Expect your order within 7-10 business days.
- Sales Tax of 7% will be added to all orders shipped in the State of New Jersey.

- The shipping charges start from $ 15.99 for orders from Hawaii and Alaska. Customers will be e-mailed for approval prior to shipping.
- Attention ! NO 2nd DAY AIR Due to the high cost of fuel, we no longer offer 2nd Day Delivery. If you are in rush for your order. Please put a request in the comment box (Rush Delivery). We will accommodate your request and put your order in high priority. There will be a charge $13.00 plus the cost of the shipping
- All Shipment requested to be sent without Signature (Left at the front door) will be processed as requested. We (www.BEAUTYORIGINS.com) will not be responsible for the order, once it has left our warehouse and you are issued a tracking number.
- The customer assumes all responsibility, when requesting an order to be sent out without a signature or is instructing to be left at the door.

International Shipping Policy:
- Place an order, fill in all the information. Please fill in the address in detail (no abbreviation).
- Include a Phone # for International Order.
- Then you will be contacted via e-mail concerning shipping charges for approval prior to shipping.
- After the approval on the shipping charges from the customer. The order will be packed and shipped.
- There will be an Tracking number assigned to the order and e-mailed to the customer.
- Once the order is shipped & issued a tracking #, any other Taxes or Duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy:
- Hair Brushes and Implements are not Returnable, Please make your selection carefully.
- E-mail (beautyorigins@aol.com) us prior to any returns, explaining the reason for return.
- We will issue a RA #, which should be put on top of the box being returned.
- No Returns will be accepted without prior Return Authorization number (RA #).
- Please DO NOT return anything without a Return Authorization number (RA #).
- You may return any merchandise in it's original packaging within 30 days of receiving the Product.
- There is no restocking fee.
- You will be issued a credit on your credit card less shipping costs after receiving the returned items.
